This has led to some great accomplishments in my life, but also caused some very strange personal habits that only a fellow INTJ would truly understand — refusing to fold my laundry being one of them! On a more serious note, I really do believe that most INTJs want to use their superpowers to do some good in the world, and make things better for everybody living in it. Coming up with great ideas is what we do best. We hate seeing a great idea get torn to shreds by the blunt weapon of collective ignorance.

Introversion I Extraversion means that energy is derived from the outside world while Introversion means that energy is derived from within the self. The colloquial meanings of these terms differ somewhat from the technical Myers-Briggs definitions, as most people mistakenly equate Extraversion to popularity or likeability. Thinking plays a bigger role in those aspects. Intuition N This is how a person perceives what is happening.
A Sensor would see the physical, the facts, and the static relationships of objects and events. An Intuitive would see the abstract meanings, the movement, and the trends behind objects and events. They constantly seek to improve your relationship. Whether through reading blogs and self-help books or searching out groups and seminars, the INFJ strives to reach an impossible standard for their relationships. This is not an indication that they are unhappy with the relationship, but rather that they cherish it so much they wish to put enormous amounts of effort into making it the best it can be.
They respond to your emotions. INFJs may be great listeners, but no matter what you say to them, they are more apt to respond to your emotions than to your words. If you are going on about a problem in your life, your INFJ partner may not seem interested in offering a solution but will jump right into helping you process how you feel about the situation. What starts as a brainstorming event to you may quickly turn into what seems like a therapy session. They talk about the distant future.
Try not to get too scared off if your partner jumps right to the long term scenarios of life. INFJs are future-oriented thinkers whose brains are constantly scanning through various outcomes. Anything about the past may not be pertinent to them because the future is chock full of possibilities.
